POLICY / COMPONENT PRIVACY

Component RFQ Privacy

How information in the initial ManufactureDrones component-RFQ email is used for review and next steps.

Purpose of this notice

This component privacy notice covers the limited business information requested before a manufacturing fit review.

Component-brief information

The first email should contain business contact information, component needed, quantity, material or process, need-by date, and a high-level program context. Do not attach files.

How information is used

The component brief is used to identify a fit-review path. It creates no commitment on manufacturability, available capacity, pricing, or lead time.

Information that must not be submitted

Do not send controlled, classified, export-controlled, NDA-protected, customer-restricted, proprietary technical material, credentials, security details, or sensitive personal information. If more detail is needed, an appropriate exchange path must be established separately.

Component privacy choices

Begin a ManufactureDrones privacy request by emailing a non-sensitive summary labeled “Component privacy request.” Identity verification may be required.
